SCOTT had one goal in mind when it started this project 4 years ago: to simply build the fastest bike the triathlon world has ever seen. To develop the bike you want to have when you strive for Kona glory or want to smash your previous bike split records. To make this possible, Scott engineers came up with completely new ways to look at aerodynamics, cockpit adjustability and storage integration. The bike is specifically developed for the needs of triathletes and, unlike the Plasma 5, is not UCI compliant.

This Triathlon-specific Plasma features fully integrated cables, hydration system and storage boxes. It is also versatile, making sure that anyone can find their most efficient cockpit position on the bike.
ADJUSTABILITY
The cockpit can be moved up and down:
Large range of extension settings (from 0°, 2.5°, 5°, 7.5°, 10°, 12.5°, 15°):
Pads can be moved outward/ inward:
Pads can be moved forward and backward:
Saddle guide can be moved forward and backward:
Rear wheel – The closer the tire is to the seat tube, the more aero it is. In contrast to the front end, the back wheel is always aligned with the seat tube. To give every rider the chance to ride the most aerodynamic position no matter the wheel or tire choice, you have 6 different wheel mount positions.
GEOMETRY
The Plasma uses a race geometry that meets the requirements of both our professional riders and sportive customers.
