      Shipping & Delivery Policy

      At Khcycle, we strive to ensure your orders are processed quickly and delivered to you in excellent condition. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and pickup.

      1. Shipping Coverage
      • We currently ship only within Singapore.
      • Delivery outside Singapore is not available at this time.
      1. Order Processing Time
      • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
      • Bicycles may take longer — typically 2–4 business days — as each bike is individually assembled and quality-checked by a fully qualified mechanic before delivery.
      • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
      1. Delivery Method & Timing
      • Deliveries are made either by our in-house delivery team or trusted delivery service providers, depending on the product type.
      • For deliveries handled by our in-house team:
        • Monday to Friday: 10:30am – 5:30pm
        • Saturday: 10:30am – 12:30pm
        • Sunday & Public Holidays: No deliveries
      • Once your order is prepared, we will:
        • Contact you to arrange a delivery time; or
        • Provide you with a tracking number (if shipped through a delivery service provider).
      1. Self-Collection (Local Pickup)
      • Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from one of our locations.
      • Once your item is ready, we will contact you to confirm collection details.
      1. Shipping Rates
      • Free shipping for orders SGD 60.00 and above.
      • A flat fee of SGD 5.00 applies to orders below SGD 60.00.
      • Shipping rates will be displayed under Cart Totals before you proceed to checkout.
      • These rates apply to deliveries within Singapore only.
      1. Delivery Issues
      • If you are not available to receive your order at the arranged time, please inform us in advance to reschedule.
      • Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
      • In the rare event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, service provider disruptions), we will keep you updated.
