At Khcycle, we are committed to processing your orders promptly and delivering them in excellent condition. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below for information on shipping, delivery, and self-collection.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently deliver within Singapore only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

• Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Bicycles require additional preparation and are usually processed within 2–5 business days, as each bicycle is professionally assembled, inspected, and safety-checked by a qualified mechanic prior to delivery.
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery

• Orders are delivered either by our in-house delivery team or by trusted third-party courier partners, depending on the size and nature of the products ordered.

• In-house delivery hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 10:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 10:30am – 12:30pm
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: No deliveries

• Once your order is ready, we will either:
  • Contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time; or
  • Provide a tracking number if your order is shipped via a courier service.

4. Self-Collection

• Customers may choose to collect their orders from one of our retail locations.
• Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you with the collection details.

5. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available for orders of SGD 90.00 or more, excluding orders containing bicycles and/or frames.
• A flat shipping fee of SGD 8.00 applies to orders below SGD 90.00.
• Orders containing one or more bicycles and/or frames are subject to a flat shipping fee of SGD 30.00, regardless of the order value.
• Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.
• All shipping charges apply to deliveries within Singapore only.

6. Delivery Issues

• If you are unavailable to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time, please notify us as early as possible so that we can arrange an alternative delivery.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts or redelivery requests.
• While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or courier service disruptions) may occasionally occur. If this happens, we will keep you informed of any significant delays.
