      Warranty Policy

      At Khcycle, we stand by the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, exclusions, and process for warranty claims relating to bikes, parts, and accessories purchased from us.

      1. Warranty Coverage
      • Bicycles
        • Bicycle Frame – Frame is covered under the bike manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty duration varies by brand; please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
        • Parts and Components – Individual parts (e.g., fork, wheels, drivetrain, brakes) are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage typically applies to manufacturing defects only.
      • Parts, Components and Accessories – Warranty applies only to items with explicit manufacturer coverage (e.g., fork, wheels, drivetrain, brakes, lights, pumps, apparel, shoes).

      During the warranty period, defective items will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge, subject to manufacturer approval.

      1. Warranty Exclusions

      This warranty does not cover:

      • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, handlebar tape).
      • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or abnormal usage.
      • Damage from improper assembly, installation, or maintenance not performed by a qualified mechanic.
      • Modifications or alterations not approved by the manufacturer.
      • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, paint chips) that do not affect performance.
      • Consumable items such as nutrition products, lubricants, or batteries.
      1. Warranty Claim Process
      1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), a description of the issue, pictures of the product and defect.
      2. Upon our request, bring the product to our Khcycle Kaki Bukit office or ship it to us (shipping costs to us are borne by the customer).
      3. Our team will inspect the item and, if necessary, forward it to the manufacturer or distributor for evaluation.
      4. If the claim is approved, the item will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s terms. If not approved, we will return the product to you.
      1. Customer Responsibilities
      • Products must be properly maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
      • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
      • Any costs of shipping or transportation for warranty evaluation are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
      1. Limitations of Liability
      • Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items under warranty.
      • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, personal injury, or property damage).
      • Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
