BEHIND THE PRODUCT

The EQUIPE RS S11 features an all-new textile on the sleeves, which is lighter than the previous sleeve textile without compromising on the compressive, second-skin fit. The new material is also textured for aerodynamic gains while in aggressive riding positions, reducing drag on the body’s leading edge. The main body of miniCheck Tex is the same as the predecessor, providing ultralight, ultrabreathable comfort and body-wrapping, compressive support, and it’s anchored at the rear hem by the new PILtec Plug-In technology, which pairs an ultralight strip of textile with silicone microdots to stabilize fit while climbing, sprinting, or cornering – even while wet.

    The open 3D knit miniCheck Tex provides high breathability, high elasticity, UPF 25, and the signature ASSOS jersey texture across the front. The pockets are anchored by a rear panel of Stabilizer V11, which provides hypercooling breathability and is so lightweight (UPF 15) that we recommend applying sunscreen beneath it. It also reinforces stability, preventing sag and movement when pockets are loaded. The sleeves feature the new 550CX warp-knit textile, which provides UPF 35 protection and a muscle-wrapping, bistretch fit with inherent aerodynamic properties.

    Our racingFit is a second-skin, aerodynamic silhouette designed with WorldTour feedback and proven with WorldTour results. Compressive textiles, micro-adjusted shaping, and low-bulk, raw-cut hems and cuffs identify racingFit as the definitive speed series.

    Raw Cut & Bonded:
    Sleeves, hem, and zipper are all raw cut and bonded to eliminate transitional ridges and maintain clean, elegant lines throughout the jersey’s construction.

    Flexible fabric panels sewn into the pockets create stabilizing “lids” that secure contents while protecting against precipitation and road spray.
