      Payment Policy

      At Khcycle, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and secure. This Payment Policy explains the payment options available for both online and in-store purchases.

      For purchases made through our website, we accept the following secure payment methods via Stripe payment gateway:

        • Apple Pay / Google Pay
        • Link by Stripe

      Stripe ensures that your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

      1. In-Store & Offline Payments

      For purchases made in our physical shop or arranged offline, we accept payment via:

      • In-Store:
        • Major credit cards / debit cards payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) are supported at our store counter.

      • Offline:
        • PayNow (UEN: 197502161E KIAN HONG CYCLE PTE LTD)
          • Please use your invoice number as the PayNow reference number to help us match your payment with your order.
      1. Payment Terms
      • Full payment must be made at the time of checkout (online) or before goods are released (offline/in-store).
      • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.
      • Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
      1. Failed or Declined Payments
      • If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.
      • You may attempt to complete the transaction again using a valid payment method.
      • We reserve the right to cancel any orders for which payment is not received within a reasonable time.
      1. Refunds & Adjustments
      • Any refunds (where applicable, e.g., for returns or cancellations) will be processed through the original payment method used.
