1. SHIPPING

We currently ship only within Singapore.

We ship our orders through our in-house delivery team, and other delivery service providers depending on the products.

For delivery by our in-house team, our standard delivery timing is Monday to Friday, between 10:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday, between 10:30am – 12:30pm.

Upon receiving and preparing your order, we will contact you to arrange the delivery time or to provide you with the tracking number.

Alternatively, you may opt for local pickup, in which case we will contact you to inform that the item is ready for your pickup.

1.1 SHIPPING RATES

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $60 or $5.00 flat for orders under $60. These rates are only applicable for orders in Singapore. Shipping rates can be found under your Cart Totals before you proceed to Checkout.

2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you’d like to change your order before it is shipped out to you, we’ll gladly process it with no additional costs to you.

2.1 NO QUESTIONS ASKED 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind about the color or find that the size does not fit after receiving your purchase, don’t sweat it! You may return it to us for an exchange or for a refund within 14 days of the date you received the item (subject to Return Eligibility below), no questions asked. For all returns, we respectfully request that you do this by returning the item in person to our Kaki Bukit office.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.

2.2 RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

• Within 14 days after delivery

• New condition and unused

• Original packaging and original labels intact

• Item is not discounted at over 50% (indicated on the product page)

We reserve the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions and if its no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

2.3 REFUND AMOUNT

Please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable, and there is a payment fee at 10% of the price you paid for the item. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Payment Fee (10% of Final Paid Price)

Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment.

3. ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

There may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors, or for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

If you have purchased an item that has been inaccurately described, let us know and we are happy to arrange for a prompt exchange or refund.
