5. Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Khcycle, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures that your concerns are handled smoothly.
Order Changes (Before Shipping)
- If you would like to change your order before it has been shipped, we will gladly process the change at no additional cost.
14-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy
- If you change your mind about the colour or find that the size does not fit, don’t worry! You may return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund, subject to the Return Eligibility conditions below.
- Returns should be made in person at our Khcycle Kaki Bukit office.
- If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a prompt replacement at no cost to you.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- In new, unused condition.
- Original packaging and labels intact.
- Item was not purchased at a discount of 50% or greater.
We reserve the right to reject any return if the item does not meet these conditions or if it is no longer in acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, or abnormal usage.
Refund Amount & Method
- Delivery costs are non-refundable.
- A processing fee of 10% of the final paid price will be deducted.
- Refund calculation:
Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price – Delivery Fee – 10% Processing Fee - Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or colour), this can be arranged provided the returned item meets the eligibility criteria.
- Exchanges can be made for another item of the same value, or for an item of higher value with a top-up of the price difference. No 10% Processing Fee applies to exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items purchased at a discount 50% or greater.
- Products sold with existing defects explicitly described at the time of purchase.
- Food products (e.g., nutrition bars, food, or consumables).
- Bib shorts and other intimate apparel.

6. Warranty Policy

At Khcycle, we stand by the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, exclusions, and process for warranty claims relating to bikes, parts, and accessories purchased from us.
Warranty Coverage
- Bicycles
- Bicycle Frame – Frame is covered under the bike manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty duration varies by brand; please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- Parts and Components – Individual parts (e.g., fork, wheels, drivetrain, brakes) are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage typically applies to manufacturing defects only.
- Parts, Components and Accessories – Warranty applies only to items with explicit manufacturer coverage (e.g., fork, wheels, drivetrain, brakes, lights, pumps, apparel, shoes).
During the warranty period, defective items will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge, subject to manufacturer approval.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, handlebar tape).
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or abnormal usage.
- Damage from improper assembly, installation, or maintenance not performed by a qualified mechanic.
- Modifications or alterations not approved by the manufacturer.
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, paint chips) that do not affect performance.
- Consumable items such as nutrition products, lubricants, or batteries.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact us via our Contact Us page with your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), a description of the issue, pictures of the product and defect.
- Upon our request, bring the product to our Khcycle Kaki Bukit office or ship it to us (shipping costs to us are borne by the customer).
- Our team will inspect the item and, if necessary, forward it to the manufacturer or distributor for evaluation.
- If the claim is approved, the item will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s terms. If not approved, we will return the product to you.
Customer Responsibilities
- Products must be properly maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Any costs of shipping or transportation for warranty evaluation are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
